- All orders ship within 3 business days of receiving payment.
- We ship using USPS First Class, Priority Mail and Priority Mail International. Domestic orders include delivery confirmation.
- The Fabric Bar cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. We will provide you with all tracking, customs and/or delivery confirmation numbers you may need to assist with finding your package. It is the responsibility of the customer to investigate non-delivery of goods. Orders will not be reshipped or refunded if lost or damaged.
- If you would like to purchase shipping insurance for your order, please contact hi@thefabricbar.com. We recommend and prefer you to purchase shipping insurance. This will allow for you to file a claim as well as track you package.
- Customer is responsible for any customs fees accrued when shipped to an International destination. Most International orders take between 7-10 days to arrive in the destination country and then a few more days to arrive at your door.
- International packages are marked as "Merchandise" and the correct retail value is listed.
- We take extra care when shipping your orders. We try to re-use and recycle packaging materials when at all possible but please let us know if you prefer brand new shipping materials and we will note that on your account.
- If you paid significantly more than the actual shipping cost, we will refund the difference minus a small handling fee. In the event you are undercharged for shipping, we will send you an invoice for the difference. Your order cannot ship until this is paid.
- In addition to shipping, we charge a small handling fee which covers any extra packaging required to ship your item.
- Fabric Emergencies: If this is a fabric emergency and you need your order "on the fly," please contact us at before placing your order. There will be times where we can ship within just a few hours so please check with us to see if this courtesy will be available for your time frame. Enter Fabric 911 in the subject bar of your email.
